i love going to Armageddon Expo in Auckland. The Cosplayers are so friendly and love to have their photos taken so it’s an excellent place to be with a camera! you can see some of my photos on flickr here:
I got to shoot the legendary band The Fall recently. i love this band so much and it was a real privilege to be up the front near someone i’ve admired for 20 odd years!
I got to shoot Luna and Fazerdaze recently. Both are excellent. Luna are legendary (for those in the know) and Fazerdaze are just lovely and i’m sure will become legendary!
i had a great time shooting Silent Invisible Radiation in their rehearsal rooms. I was trying to capture what they sound like rather than what they look like. they were pleased with the results, and so was I !
i’ve started doing a bit of concert photography. My first gig was with Ghostwave, supported by Invisible Silent Radiation
