i’ve got a season ticket to the zoo and love popping along when i get a spare minute. it’s a great little walk and you never know which animal will be the star of the day yesterday it was the flamingos who were up to something interesting with their feathers after the rain of the morning

i got to shoot the legendary Thurston Moore with his band last week Thurston is of course famous for his Sonic Youth work, and the Sonic Youth drummer is in this band line up along with the bass player from My Bloody Valentine. I really loved this gig as i’m a great fan of his solo albums (as well as Sonic Youth) lots of the songs were extended rambles which was great. i had these four images accepted in to the 1st Balkan Exhibition held in Eastern Serbia the image above received an Honorable Mention from the Photographic Society of America
